Day 4 is an outfit best suited for a shopping vacation. I normally try to avoid bringing prints as it requires some effort to keep the look wearable. For trips, I prefer non-print, solid coloured items that are easy to mix and match with its functionality given the top most priority. Friends would agree that I tend to stick to one colour and coordinate my outfit around that chosen colour. On my last trip to Kuala Lumpur, I picked purple!
Back to the outfit, the dress has a slight flare to it; allowing me to walk comfortably and the dark colour ensure that my sweat stains (from all the walking) wouldn’t be visible! The gold-hue cardigan would be a great piece to convert the outfit from a day to night look. The Scholl sandals would keep my feet tired-free and the big bag is for dumping my shopping loots! Well, the big bag is from Mango and has been my to go travelling bag. I like the fact that it is roomy and that that the loop/hoop is big enough for me to sling it over my shoulder when I visit crowded places during the trip.

Navy blue long sleeve maxi dress – IDR140,000
Blue sequin shawl – RM10
Gold knit cropped cardigan – SGD$6

Oh dear i missed so many of your posts….i like your Hijabi outfits collection. You are very creative and very unconventional remixing. I know it’s not easy when you have certain dress code to follow…i think your outfits are vivacious, fun and youthful! I like your green bags…it’s currently my favorite color!
